Here we go

I know its been a while so here is just a quick up date.
we had Fawn parish about 2 weeks ago talking about honor and the importance of honor. favorite quote from her was "A parents job is to love their child with all they have, the child's job is to forgive them" my parents have obviously loved me with all they have.
Last week we had Christian Gonzales for half the week who spoke about the word and who God is and identity. favorite quot from him is "we are the story we tell our selves."
For the other half of the week we had Danny who spoke on spiritual disciplines  this was useful in how my "quiet time" is now formed. there is way more structure to it and I have found that I get way more out of my time with God.

personal update, I started a 3 day fast today, that's pretty neat. we are entering into our second corporate week which means it is week 9 of DTS. only three more weeks until I get to go to Nepal!  I am so very excited and expecting an adventure out of what is to come. Some things we are planing to do in Nepal are justice water which is basically an organization that builds and teaches people how to build water purifying systems.
God is doing so much in my life and the lives of my team here. this is a generation of change and I am so privileged to be apart of it.
and that is it for now. sorry its all a bit scrabbled and what not but I promise another update sooner than this one.
